Delivery methods:
- Delivery to Nova Poshta office throught Ukraine;
- Taxi delivery within Kyiv;
- Self-pickup in Kyiv ( Zoloti Vorota or Lukianivska metro station).
Shipment: Since all the sweets are handmade, it may take few days to prepare your order. The exact time will depend on the quantity and the type of the product. We'll send your order on the agreed day.
Shipping fee: shipping costs are calculated according to the carrier's tariffs. Orders above UAH 1,500 are delivered for free within Kyiv. Shipping fees are paid when receiving the order.
Delivery time: it usually takes 1-2 days to deliver your order and depends on the city of destination.
We are not responsible for any changes in delivery times by the carrier. Therefore, choose the desired date of receipt with a margin of at least one day (especially if these are holidays)
Receiving a parcel: to get the parcel from the carrier you'll need a passport / driving license or the Nova Poshta app. We recommend picking up your orders on the day of their arrival at the Nova Poshta office.
